Customer Service Reviewer Job Summary

This role involves visiting retail outlets to assess store presentation, service quality, selling skills and more as a customer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Visit retail outlets to observe store presentation and customer service experience.
  • Complete an online survey detailing observations about your experience.

As a Customer Service Reviewer, you will be expected to provide detailed feedback on the stores you visit. This includes assessing the cleanliness of the store, the friendliness and helpfulness of staff, and the overall shopping experience.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong observational and analytical skills.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use online survey tools.
