About Our Centre Goodstart Nambour Doolan Street
Located conveniently near the hospital, local schools, and shops, our centre is known for its vibrant and nurturing environment. We offer flexible work hours available for parents with school-aged children.
We're looking for a Casual Educator who will be a flexible, team-oriented professional ready to support our centres and children wherever and whenever needed. As part of our team, you'll ensure every child has enriching and responsive learning experiences by actively contributing to the education program in the room and the centre team, engaging and supervising the children at all times, maintaining a safe environment for children, families, and team members, building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with children and families, complying with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures, and supporting a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Actively contribute to the education program in the room and the centre team.
- Engage and supervise children at all times.
- Maintain a safe environment for children, families, and team members.
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families.
- Comply with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures.
- Support a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement.
