Based in Mackay, you will have the chance to work in a diverse role that encompasses technical and service aspects, providing 360-degree support to various sectors including retail, industrial, medical, and laboratory.
About the Role- As a Service Technician, your primary focus will be on field and workshop servicing, repairs, and maintenance of weighing/labelling solutions.
- You will also be responsible for setting up, commissioning, and installing these systems, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
- Your exceptional customer service skills will shine as you provide unparalleled support to clients, addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly.
We are seeking an individual with a strong aptitude for electronics, electrical, or IT, along with excellent technical and computer skills. A high level of presentation and communication skills is essential, as well as a current driver's license and ability to work autonomously. A restricted electrical license and NMI accreditation would be highly beneficial.

Salary Estimate: AU$60,000 - AU$80,000 per annum (dependent on experience). This position is open to candidates with full Australian work rights. We cannot process applications from those seeking sponsorship or on a Working Holiday Visa.
