About This Role

This role is pivotal in supporting mine site teams with geospatial data analysis and system administration. You will utilize GIS software to capture, edit, transform, and analyze geographic data, providing timely support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sources geospatial and demographic data
  • Provide timely system administration and management
  • Manage geospatial data integration and dissemination
Requirements:
  • Tertiary STEM qualification (diploma or degree)
  • Broad understanding of GIS concepts, including data formats, coordinate systems, and analysis techniques
  • Coding and scripting experience highly desirable
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, self-motivated, initiative, and ability to work independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
