This role involves interacting with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service by offering personalized experiences, recommending products, and meeting sales targets.
Main Responsibilities:- Demonstrate strong product knowledge to effectively recommend suitable products to customers.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales growth.
- Ensure consistent exceptional customer service to build trust and loyalty with customers.
- Maintain store presentation in line with Visual Merchandising standards.
- Assist and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to engage with customers, and a genuine interest in creating welcoming living spaces. You should also be comfortable working in a physical environment and undertaking lifting tasks.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of retail experience in home/lifestyle products, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to balance customer care and administrative duties. A keen interest in creating inviting living spaces is highly desirable.
