Speech Pathologist Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Speech Pathologist to join our national team.

About the Position:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualised therapy plans for clients with various presentations, diagnoses, and disability types.
  • Deliver high-quality speech therapy services in a variety of settings, including family homes, disability group homes, day programs, schools, preschools, community settings, telehealth, and professional offices.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and supervision sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting as required to support client outcomes and program evaluation.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Relevant degree in Speech Pathology.
  • Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia.
  • Genuine passion for working with individuals with disabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Driver's licence and access to a car.
  • National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
