Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Associate to join our team at Icon Bathware. As a key member of our supply chain, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of our products to customers.

About the Role

  • You will operate light commercial vehicles to transport goods to customers, maintaining accurate records of deliveries and communicating with clients to resolve any issues.
  • Load and unload delivery vehicles safely, adhering to manual handling best practices and company procedures.
  • You will work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with general warehouse duties, such as stock management and inventory control, to ensure seamless order fulfillment.

Requirements

  • A current driver's license and experience operating light commercial vehicles is essential for this position.
  • You should possess strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Excellent attention to detail is required, as you will be responsible for accurately recording delivery details and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • This role requires you to be physically fit, with the capability to lift and move heavy items when necessary.
  • Forklift license or experience is mandatory, as you will be responsible for operating equipment to support warehouse operations.
