Job Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Global Business Expansion Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of success in international sales and business development, with a proven ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a background in industrial or water treatment sector, or mining equipment, or mining design solutions. A strong network in South-East Asia is also highly desirable. Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to effectively communicate the Clean TeQ value proposition to prospective customers, are essential requirements for this role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging and converting prospective leads into projects. They will work closely with the Technical and Sales teams to develop strategies for conversion of projects and collaborate with the commercial manager to expand large client accounts.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • 6+ years international sales/business development experience, with a strong proven record of success;
  • Background in industrial/water treatment sector, or mining equipment, or mining design solutions;
  • A strong network in South-East Asia;
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills;
  • Self-motivated with a strategic mindset;
  • Required ability to identify issues and develop practical solutions;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) or equivalent skills;
  • Industry knowledge specific to water treatment;
  • Experience in metallurgy would be desirable but not essential.
