Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced software engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of complex software solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software architecture, solution design, and agile software development methodologies.

As a Staff Software Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and implementing scalable software applications using C# (.NET) and JavaScript/TypeScript (ReactJS).

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior engineers, and drive architectural decisions to enhance our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications
  • Support and guide the team in planning and prioritizing work within agile sprint cycles
  • Contribute to software architecture and solution design, ensuring robustness and scalability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to identify, evaluate, and prioritize technical solutions aligned with business goals
  • Lead and facilitate the development process from initial concept through to successful launch
  • Monitor and ensure the team consistently meets SLOs
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of professional software development experience
  • 2+ years in a technology-focused leadership role
  • Strong programming skills in C# (.NET), JavaScript and TypeScript (ReactJS)
  • Proven expertise in software architecture and solution design
  • Hands-on experience with DevOps and CI/CD practices, including continuous integration and deployment
  • Experience working with Azure Cloud Services
  • Familiarity with event-driven microservice architectures
  • Solid understanding of agile software development methodologies, such as Scrum
