About the Role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Duty Manager to join our vibrant retail team in Bendigo. This is a perfect destination for all shoppers wanting to find pre-loved treasures.
You will lead a team of both amazing staff and volunteers who are passionate about giving back to their communities. If you LOVE delivering incredible customer service, striving for sales growth, and coaching your team to achieve excellence, we would love for you to apply.
About You:
You are a truly inspirational leader with excellent communication skills, able to coach and mentor your team. Retail is second nature to you, and you can channel your extensive experience into directly contributing to the community.
Requirements:
- A real passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Retail management experience with a focus on people development
- Proven retail sales experience with a drive to exceed sales targets
- Excellent communication skills
