Team Manager - Woolworths Sylvania

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Manager to lead our Proactive Services team at Woolworths Sylvania. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and trolley collection across our store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of cleaning and trolley collection staff to ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Develop and implement effective rostering and scheduling systems to ensure adequate coverage and minimize downtime.
  • Work closely with the Store Leadership team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize store operations.
  • Coach and train team members to develop their skills and knowledge in trolley collection, cleaning, and waste management.
  • Manage and maintain all cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are in good working order and within budget.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless store operations and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a team leadership or management role, preferably in a retail or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Physical fitness and ability to lift and move heavy equipment, as required.
  • Valid full Australian driver's license (Green P's or full license).
