We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Graduate Registered Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team at Jimboomba Community Aged Care.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the health and well-being of our residents while providing them with dignity, safety, and independence.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and enhance the health and well-being of our residents.
- Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals.
- Develop and implement comprehensive care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Current unrestricted registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
- Less than 12 months of post-registration clinical experience in a hospital setting.
- An understanding of professional, ethical, and legal requirements as a Registered Nurse.
- A supportive environment with experienced clinical teams on-site.
- Ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
