Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Consultant to join our team at the Byron Bay Store.

As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, meeting sales targets, and maintaining the highest levels of store presentation.



About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.

You will be responsible for:



  • Delivering exceptional customer-focused service, ensuring seamless transactions.
  • Consistently striving to meet store and individual productivity targets.
  • Becoming an expert in product knowledge, fabrication, and personal styling to enhance the customer experience.
  • Staying informed about the latest products, enabling you to share valuable insights with customers.
  • Contributing to the efficient operation of the store by effectively managing stock and implementing loss prevention measures.
  • Maintaining visual merchandising standards to uphold the brand's image.


About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about fashion and providing exceptional service.

You will need:



  • Customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment.
  • A natural ability to build rapport and develop customer relationships.
  • An obvious love for fashion, styling, and trends within the industry.
  • Thrive on teamwork and collaboration.
  • Be goal-oriented and motivated to achieve store targets and KPIs.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and expectations.
  • Impeccable personal presentation.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and peak retail periods.
