Casual Aquatic Centre Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to fill a casual position at our state-of-the-art aquatic centre.
About the Centre
Our facility offers excellent amenities, including multiple pools, a fully-equipped gym, group fitness classes, and personal training sessions.
About the Role
You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, conducting tours of the centre, following up with customers, promoting available programs and services, and accurately processing payments.
This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on providing top-notch service and support to our customers.
About You
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, energetic, and committed to helping others. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with other Customer Service Representatives and Duty Managers to ensure seamless service delivery and a positive experience for our customers.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need HLTAID009 Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and HLTAID011 Provide First Aid qualifications. Previous experience in a similar role will be highly regarded.
