  • Ensuring conformance with the BHP Charter, the BHP Global Standards, Code of Conduct, and relevant statutory obligations.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent tertiary education in Engineering.
  • Demonstrated relevant industry &/or mining experience in discipline Engineering, preferably 10 years and above.
  • Strong knowledge and expertise on BHP Engineering global requirements, particularly across Asset Integrity, Engineering Information Management, and Management of Change.
  • Understanding of Functional Safety would be beneficial.
  • Proficient in BHP Risk Framework and processes.
  • Experience in Asset &/or Operational Engineering teams, particularly in Fixed Plant equipment and infrastructure, is highly desirable.
  • Understanding of Asset Management, maintenance execution, maintenance planning & reliability or production processes, is preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills with an ability to influence to achieve optimal outcomes for the business within a matrix organisation.
  • Strong technical aptitude and critical thinking.
Location and Roster

This role is based in Adelaide, Brisbane, or Perth, and you will be working on a Monday-Friday roster. The role requires site travel. Flexible work arrangements are also offered.
