Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to optimize store operations, ensuring seamless execution of daily tasks and activities
  • Provide authoritative guidance on pet wellness products, leveraging extensive product knowledge to inform customer decisions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through genuine, personalized service, driving loyalty and advocacy
  • Coach and develop team members to achieve excellence in service delivery and business outcomes
  • Ensure optimal store organization and stock levels, managing physical and digital inventory to maximize productivity and efficiency
  • Support sales initiatives, including returns and large purchases, facilitating a seamless customer journey
  • Execute opening and closing procedures, verifying security protocols and maintaining a safe working environment

About You
  • Passion for animals and commitment to supporting people
  • Minimum two years' experience in a high-volume retail environment, with a proven track record of success
