Role Overview

We're seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of capital works projects in our Aviation sector, with a total value of over $150m. Located in Perth, you'll be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the planning and development phase.
  • Managing the design, tender, and procurement process.
  • Engaging with contractors and consultants.
  • Managing construction/delivery phases.
  • Fostering relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Overseeing contract management, variations, and claims.

Candidate Profile

This role is ideal for a Senior Project Manager with experience in delivering road upgrades, utility upgrades, and carpark construction projects in a brownfield environment. You'll need:

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with stakeholders in an operational environment.
  • High attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.
  • A willingness to work with team members to deliver outstanding outcomes for clients in a highly governed environment.
  • Qualifications in Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, Construction, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in Aviation is advantageous but not essential.
