Your Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Fashion Retail Sales Professional to join our team at Myer Southland in Melbourne. This permanent part-time role offers a generous 40% employee discount, seasonal clothing allowances, and the chance to grow your retail career.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with our Concession Manager to drive sales, manage stock, and deliver exceptional customer service. You'll be representing Forever New while maintaining a strong partnership with our Myer team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Focus: Drive sales growth and meet targets through excellent customer service, product knowledge, and visual merchandising skills.
  • Stock Management: Maintain accurate stock levels, manage stock replenishment, and ensure visual displays are maintained.
  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service, responding to queries, and resolving issues promptly.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives, share knowledge, and support each other's growth.

  • Adaptability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
