Early Childhood Education Specialist

As an Early Childhood Education Specialist, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children, guiding them to develop into brave, curious, and imaginative learners.

Your role will involve developing and maintaining strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues, as well as contributing to the implementation and adoption of our curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and implementing innovative early learning programs aligned with current early years thinking and practice.
  • Documenting and sharing children's learning and development progress with families.
  • Actively contributing to the implementation and adoption of our curriculum.

Requirements:

  • A completed Certificate III and/or Diploma in Children's Services (or working towards).
  • Prior experience in long day-care.
  • Sound practical working knowledge and implementation of the National Quality Framework and the Early Years Learning Framework.
  • Current Working with Children's Check.
