We are seeking a dedicated Guest Experience Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for our guests.

About the Role:
  • Provide a seamless check-in process, addressing immediate inquiries and ensuring a smooth guest journey.
  • Maintain clear and courteous communication across in-person, phone, and email channels, delivering outstanding service.
  • Accurately process reservations, updates, and special requests using property management systems, streamlining scheduling processes.
  • Act as the primary contact during guests' stay, offering assistance, resolving issues, and providing personalized recommendations.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to guest needs, and the ability to foster positive guest experiences. They will also demonstrate a professional appearance and be willing to work weekends and varied shifts.
