The Occupational Health and Safety Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of employees within the Carole Park plant. Reporting to the EHS Manager, this position will support the execution of day-to-day elements of the EHS/Zero Harm Management System. Responsibilities include working with operators and other plant stakeholders to determine health and safety priorities, conducting workplace assessments and inspections, maintaining incident and corrective actions records, and supporting injury management processes.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will require a Certificate IV or Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, entry-level experience in an EHS role within heavy industry or high-risk environments, sound knowledge of relevant Australian EHS legislation, and basic understanding of EHS Management Systems, technology, and tools. You will also need strong communication skills and the ability to work autonomously.
