NHS 111 Health Advisors play a vital role in helping people in need, guiding them through critical decisions with care and professionalism.

- This role requires strong communication skills to ensure that patients receive accurate information and guidance throughout their call.
- You will also have the opportunity to develop new skills and knowledge, working closely with other healthcare professionals.

Please note that weekend shifts are paid at £12.21 during your training.
Role Details- Part-time shifts of 24 hours per week where you have a choice of Mornings (07:00 - 13:00) on various weekdays, including some weekend shifts, and Afternoons/Evenings (15:00 to 21:00 on various evenings), and including some weekend hours of 18:00 - 00:00.
- This role cannot be worked remotely, and you must be able to attend shifts in our contact centre.
- We offer extensive, fully paid training to equip you with the skills to become a qualified Health Advisor and learn the advanced NHS 111 triage tool.
Our current training availability includes a Part-Time Course starting soon and a Full-Time Course starting later this year.
