- 5+ Years of Relevant Experience: Proven experience in workplace strategy and change management, with a strong track record of delivering results.
- Consultancy Experience: Experience working in a similar consultancy role, with a deep understanding of the industry and its challenges.
- Tertiary Qualification: Desirable, but not essential.
- Proven Capability: Hold a proven capability of delivering workplace projects, with a strong understanding of workplace research, metrics, and models.
- Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Superior interpersonal, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Business Acumen and Entrepreneurship: Strong business acumen and entrepreneurship skills, with the ability to identify new business opportunities and drive growth.
- Client Centricity: A client-centric approach, with a deep understanding of client needs and expectations.
