Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled professional to join our global employee development team on a full-time permanent basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for executing and facilitating face-to-face and virtual workshops and programs contained within the Employee Development Guide, specifically building personal capability in skills including but not limited to time management, communication, emotional intelligence, difficult conversations, and team effectiveness.

They will also provide administrative and organizational support for the workshops and programs, work with key stakeholders to understand, develop, and deliver learning solutions, record completion of learning and personal development, and provide project management support to the global team.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualifications with a preference in training or human resources
  • A minimum of three years of administration, organization, and delivery of face-to-face and virtual personal skills workshops or programs in a business environment
  • Knowledge of and experience in working with learning management systems
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong administrative and planning skills
  • Certifications in training tools such as DiSC, Emotional Intelligence or a willingness to obtain
