Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Technician to join our team.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires the ability to work independently, think critically and solve complex problems.

  • Responsibilities:

  • Installation, removal and relocation of ATMs

  • Transportation of ATMs and spare parts within the region, reducing transport costs and delivery times

  • Preventative Maintenance and Refurbishment of complete ATMs of all makes and models

  • Maintaining small warehouse inventory and vehicle part inventory

  • Attending call outs allocated from the scheduling desk during service hours

  • Running diagnostics on troubled ATMs and performing repairs

  • Recording works and ensuring adequate supplies are available at each ATM site consistently

The ideal candidate will have extensive field experience or second-level support experience, as well as qualifications in technical ATM repair and electric cabling.
