Cloud Security Leader Opportunity

This role offers a chance to take full ownership of technology security and lead efforts to reduce vulnerabilities across cloud environments.

  • Strategic planning for vulnerability reduction
  • Improving compliance metrics through efficient processes
  • Timely and effective remediation of audit and incident response findings
  • Successful delivery of training programs enhancing end-user behavior
Key Responsibilities:
  • Security Program Management
    • Identification and clear communication of risks. Proposing solutions to senior leaders
    • Implementation of security recommendations from audits, incident response preparation, and external checks via a structured program
    • Acting as the security design authority/architect, designing effective security solutions and reviewing proposed solutions against a set of security requirements
  • Endpoint Security, Identity, and Security Operations
    • Managing daily threats and enhancing the security posture
    • SIEM system administration, integrating new data sources, monitoring risks, and automating interventions
    • Identity checks on O365 accounts, Groups, SharePoint site access, and AD
    • Monitoring and managing Azure security, including threat detection and security enhancements
    • Implementing Microsoft recommendations to increase the overall security score
    • Maintaining a secure endpoint environment, including image management, SSL security certificates, Microsoft Defender, and Microsoft Purview
  • End User Security Training
    • Managing e-learning end-user security training programs
    • Measuring training effectiveness through phishing simulations and user compliance reports
    • Maintaining training records and reporting to compliance teams
  • Data Management
    • Collaborating with the Data Governance team to classify and protect sensitive data
    • Implementing and managing data loss prevention policies across Microsoft 365 and cloud environments
    • Ensuring secure data lifecycle practices are followed
  • Incident Response and Remediation
    • Contributing to incident response activities, ensuring preparation and readiness are completed
    • In an incident scenario, collaborating as a key stakeholder for actions and data acquisition

Exceptional communication and collaboration skills are required, along with a deep understanding of Microsoft applications, particularly those in E5 Security.
