Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Team Member to join our team. As a Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to the overall success of our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide a high level of customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products, including craft and sewing supplies, and be able to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Store Operations: Assist with store operations, including receiving and stocking merchandise, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting sales floor activities.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals, and contribute to a positive and inclusive store culture.
Requirements
  • Retail Experience: Previous retail experience, preferably in a big-box retail environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Product Knowledge: A strong interest in craft and sewing, and a willingness to learn and develop product knowledge.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
