- Develop and maintain relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research, guidelines, and best practices in midwifery to continually improve patient outcomes.
- Assess and manage women's health needs during pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum periods.
- Provide education and support to empower women to make informed decisions about their care.
- Work collaboratively with obstetricians, pediatricians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance midwifery services and patient experiences.
- Degree-qualified midwife registered with the relevant state/territory health authority.
- Current First Aid Certificate and CPR training.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
