About the Role:

This is a full-time position in our Double Bay location, requiring enthusiasm, a willingness to learn, and teamwork. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of bread production procedures and be able to execute orders in a timely and accurate manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and assist all members of the production team.
• Execute the order of production in a timely and accurate manner for each day.
• Maintain the safe and responsible operation of all equipment used.
• Assist in the preparation and pack down of boards and equipment for following days' production.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a bakery is preferred.
• A thorough understanding of bread production procedures.
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a team environment.
