Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Laboratory Technician to join our team at ALS Limited. As a Laboratory Technician, you will play a critical role in providing accurate and timely test results to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze water samples according to ALS Quality Work Instructions.
• Identify anomalies in results and sample type/behavior.
• Complete tasks accurately, within set timeframes, and to the relevant analysis standard.
• Organize designated tasks to maximize daily efficiency.
• Maintain equipment, including cleaning and calibration.
• Contribute to a clean, tidy, and organized lab environment.

Requirements

• Experience in a high-throughput, client-focused environment, preferably with commercial lab exposure.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong team player who can also work autonomously and with initiative.
• Well-organized, task-focused, with attention to detail.
• A clear understanding of HSE principles and practice, and a commitment to safe working.
