">About the Role:
">This exciting opportunity as Assistant Front Office Manager will give you the chance to join a talented team at IHG Hotels & Resorts and contribute to delivering outstanding guest experiences. Working under the direction of the hotel's Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the front office team and overseeing the day-to-day activities of the front desk, concierge, and night team.
">Your Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise the front office team to ensure optimum occupancy and average room rate for maximizing revenue;">
- Monitor front office and guest relations to ensure IHG One Rewards Members, repeat guests, and other VIPs receive special attention and recognition;">
- Work closely with housekeeping to maintain cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas at Crowne Plaza brand standards;">
- Actively pursue guest satisfaction through quality improvement projects;">
- Provide administrative support to senior management with reference to policy enforcement, business advice, and operational assistance;">
- Identify training needs for team members and provide induction training on health and wellbeing initiatives.">
