Leading Corporate Credit Analyst Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to join our Credit Analysis team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of large corporate and financial institution clients.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to develop your credit analysis skills and work with a diverse range of clients. You will be responsible for structuring, underwriting, negotiating, and monitoring financing solutions for your clients associated with syndicated loans, bridge financings, hedging, leasing, and treasury management products.
Key Responsibilities- Structuring and underwriting of complex credit transactions
- Negotiating loan documentation and executing timely closings
- Managing client relationships and identifying opportunities to grow the loan portfolio
- Mitigating losses in deteriorating credits through amendments and restructurings
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A minimum of 7 years' experience in commercial and/or corporate lending environment
- Strong credit risk analysis and conclusion-oriented analytical skills
- Ability to independently lead diligence efforts, make approval recommendations, and negotiate loan documentation
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
