Kitchen Operations Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic team player to join our kitchen brigade. As a key member, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Maintain impeccable hygiene while cleaning crockery, cutlery, glassware, and other kitchen equipment using commercial dishwashers and manual cleaning methods.
- Carry out rubbish removal, sweeping and mopping of kitchen floors.
- Disinfect and clean, ensuring the proper sequence of chemical usage.
- Provide valuable support to our kitchen team, including various tasks such as food preparation, grating, peeling, chopping, and preparing batters, garnishes, and seasonings.
Key Skills:
- Prior experience in kitchen operations or cleaning is beneficial
- A positive attitude and a motivated demeanor
- The ability to thrive working within a diverse team environment
- Flexibility to accommodate varying shifts, including mornings, late evenings, weekends, and public holidays
