Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Management: Oversee daily operations of the practice, ensuring efficient staff management and scheduling.
  • Compliance and Safety: Stay informed on health regulations and implement standard operating procedures to maintain a safe environment for both staff and patients.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage Medicare claims and work with the accounting team to generate quarterly performance reports that address operational and financial metrics.
  • Human Resources: Coordinate recruitment processes, foster staff development, and ensure a supportive workplace culture.
  • Clinical Governance: Uphold clinical governance standards, monitor compliance, and maintain patient confidentiality.
  • IT and Accreditation: Manage practice accreditation processes and ensure that all medical records and software systems are secure and up-to-date.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of management experience in a medical practice setting.
  • A diploma in practice management or a degree in healthcare management is preferred but not mandatory.
Compensation

The successful candidate will undergo an initial interview process followed by a trial period. Compensation will be commensurate with experience, including a performance-based bonus structure.
