Event Content Specialist

The ideal candidate will be fuelled by passion and creativity to create exceptional brand experiences for clients.

  • Attend client content meetings to drive content production.
  • Liaise with internal speakers to gather materials, ensuring alignment with event branding, tone, and technical specifications.
  • Oversee designers to deliver accurate slides, videos, demos, and other visual assets.
  • Coordinate workshop materials, including workbooks and handouts.
  • Research and manage external guest speakers, including content requirements and integration into the program.
  • Manage accounts payable and budgets for content-related suppliers.
  • Arrange rehearsals and provide speakers with guidance on templates, timing, and delivery style.
  • Organise technical requirements for rehearsals, working with the Technical Director.
  • Prepare presentations in PowerPoint and Keynote formats and ensure compatibility with event AV systems.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all content during the live event.
  • Manage and mark up scripts for autocue presentations.
  • Handle last-minute content changes and reconcile supplier invoices and budgets.
Requirements:
  • Strong content production skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to manage timelines, deadlines, and multiple speaker deliverables.
  • Experience ensuring polish, accuracy, and consistency across slides, videos, and workshop materials.
  • Familiarity with show systems, autocue, and integrating multimedia into event production.
