We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Worker to join our team at Uniting. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents living in our aged care home.
Key Responsibilities- Provide person-centered care and support to residents, promoting their independence and improving their quality of life.
- Assist with daily living activities such as showering, personal hygiene, dressing, and mealtime support.
- Support residents with medication management and simple wound dressings.
- Encourage residents to participate in community-based recreational and social activities.
