The Job

This is a high-impact leadership role, requiring a dynamic professional to drive sales growth, develop strategic partnerships, and lead a talented sales team.

You will:

  • Design and implement a high-growth sales strategy across ANZ and the UK
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team
  • Nurture key client relationships to ensure long-term value and retention
  • Pursue new business opportunities while minimizing churn and maximizing customer lifetime value
  • Analyse data and insights to inform strategic decisions
  • Collaborate with marketing to boost lead generation and brand visibility
  • Represent Altura Learning at industry events and conferences

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must be an Australian citizen or hold permanent residency. A valid Australian Police check is also required.
