Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team as an apprentice plasterer. As a member of our team, you will gain valuable skills and experience in the trade, working on various projects across Brisbane and surrounding areas.

About the Role

As an apprentice plasterer, you will be responsible for assisting experienced tradespeople with installing non-load bearing partition wall frames and ceiling frames, including fix plasterboard, plaster glass and fibre cement sheets, cornices, and finishing joints. You will also assist with constructing and installing non-load bearing fire-rated walls and ceilings, autoclaved aerated masonry wall and ceiling systems, and waterproofing and damp proofing for plastering drywall.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must be able to carry out physical tasks, have a strong work ethic, and be willing to learn and take direction. You should also be comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces.
