Job Title: Personal Care Specialist

 

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our care team as a Personal Care Specialist. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our clients.

 

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing high-quality care and support to clients in line with their individualised care plans
  • Assisting clients to develop skills that promote independence and autonomy
  • Attending to clients' personal care needs, including showering, dressing, and other daily activities
  • Assisting clients with their medication requirements
  • Working collaboratively as part of the care team to deliver holistic care that addresses every aspect of clients' needs

Requirements:

  • Be vaccinated against Influenza & at least 1 dose of Covid-19 vaccine
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care or Home & Community Care
  • Current First Aid & CPR Certificates
  • Good computer and mobile device skills
