About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Business Trainee. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for various administrative tasks, including receiving purchase orders, coordinating delivery schedules, ordering materials, and performing data entry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receiving and processing purchase orders and building documentation.
  • Coordinating delivery schedules and ensuring timely receipt of materials.
  • Ordering special materials and floor systems for jobs.
  • Assisting with purchasing stock and inventory management.
  • Answering phones and directing calls to relevant departments.
  • Maintaining accurate records and performing data entry tasks.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have basic computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office Suite, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A driver's license and access to your own transportation are highly regarded but not essential.

With modern award rates applying, this position offers a competitive salary. Please note that previous qualifications may affect government funding required for this traineeship. You must be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or hold a valid visa allowing you to work and undertake training in Australia.
