Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will have at least 6 months to 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable and will be responsible for gathering and verifying invoices, maintaining accounts receivable records, and performing daily cash management duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and verify invoices for accurate documentation prior to payment.
- Maintain up-to-date accounts receivable records, ensuring accurate aging, credits, and collections.
- Perform daily cash management duties, including recording bank deposits, updating cash receipt logs, and posting cash to the accounts receivable sub-ledger.
- Monitor and collect accounts receivable from both major and minor customers.
Requirements
- At least 6 months to 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work with a sense of urgency and drive to learn and continuously improve.
