
Support Care Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity for a Therapeutic Residential Support Worker to join our team on a part-time basis.
We are seeking a qualified and experienced individual to work in a therapeutic residential setting, providing support and care to individuals with disabilities.
The successful candidate will work on a fortnightly roster, with varying shifts from Thursday to Wednesday. The key responsibilities include:
- Providing support and care to individuals with disabilities
- Assisting with daily living tasks and activities
- Participating in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
To be considered for this role, applicants must have:
- A Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention (Residential and out of home care)
- A current Victorian Drivers License
- Victorian Working with Children Check
- NDIS Workers Screening Check
- Hold a current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Full vaccination status
Additional requirements include obtaining international police checks for previous overseas residence and completing the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission online training module 'Quality, Safety and You'.
