About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Driver Trainer to join our team on the Sunshine Coast. As a Driver Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to our drivers, including driver induction and on-road assessments.
This role involves identifying skill gaps and providing tailored coaching to drivers, ensuring training materials align with industry regulations and standards, and maintaining accurate training records and reporting on outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have a Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment (TAE40116) and a Medium Rigid (MR) Driver's Licence. Previous experience as a Driver Trainer with the ability to train and mentor a diverse workforce is also essential.
This position requires strong knowledge of licensing regulations and bus transport operations. The successful candidate will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including Registered Training Organizations (RTOs) and operational teams.
About You
- You must hold a Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment (TAE40116).
- You must possess a Medium Rigid (MR) Driver's Licence.
- You must have previous experience as a Driver Trainer, with the ability to train and mentor a diverse workforce.
- You must have strong knowledge of licensing regulations and bus transport operations.
- You should be willing to obtain a Heavy Rigid (HR) Driver's Licence and Driver Authority if not already held.
