\About the Role
\- Ensure smooth delivery of services to families, students and staff at our campus through administrative functions including record keeping, communications and monitoring student attendance.\
- Collaborate with other administrative staff to coordinate annual school photo day, stationery orders and other key tasks/projects.\
- Serve as a key point of contact in the front office for families and visitors.\
- Provide first aid treatment to students and assist with safe storage and delivery of medication.\
- Prepare first aid kits, student medications and health plans for camps and excursions.\

- Commitment to the college's Christian ethos and Statement of Faith.\
- Warm and approachable presence ensuring all visitors feel welcome.\
- Pasison for exceptional customer service, particularly working with junior school-aged children and their families.\
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent telephone manner.\
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.\
- Flexibility in prioritising tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.\
- Strong initiative, self-motivation and ability to work autonomously.\
