You will be responsible for helping participants develop greater independence and reach their full potential by teaching them new skills and routines.Your duties will include engaging participants using an empathetic approach, providing prompting when needed, and modeling components of a new routine or skill. To be successful in this role, you will need to be flexible, available at key routine moments of the day, open to travel to regional areas, and able to follow instructions while respecting scope of practice boundaries.As a Health and Wellness Coach, you will have the opportunity to acquire new skills and experience working with a diverse range of participants. You will enjoy flexibility and control over your working hours, allowing you to balance your work and personal life. Most importantly, you will contribute to a company that cares about making a real difference in people's lives.Key Responsibilities:
  • Support participants in developing greater independence and reaching their full potential
