Financial Modeling and Analysis Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and performance analysis to support business decision-making
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to management
  • Create detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual reports that align with organizational goals
  • Support budgeting and variance analysis processes to optimize resource allocation
  • Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to inform strategic business decisions
  • Assist in investment and profitability analysis to drive business growth
  • Present complex financial data to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience; entry-level candidates with a strong academic background will also be considered
  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills; experience with financial tools is a plus
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical mindset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
