Transformational Change Manager

Are you a strategic thinker with exceptional analytical and communication skills? We are seeking a highly skilled Transformational Change Manager to drive business improvement initiatives that deliver transformational change, improve business processes, enhance operational efficiency, and support organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business improvement initiatives aligned with organisational strategies.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to analyse and resolve business process inefficiencies.
  • Conduct data analysis to inform business decisions and drive improvement initiatives.
  • Design and implement process improvements using best practice methods and techniques.
  • Manage stakeholders and communicate effectively to ensure successful implementation of business improvement initiatives.
  • Promote a continuous improvement and innovation-led culture to optimise business performance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Project/Program Management, or similar.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a business improvement role or similar.
  • Formal qualifications in Six Sigma, Certified Business Process Associate (CBPA), PRINCE2 Project Management, or Change Management Practitioner.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
