Job Description

About this role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Storeperson to join our team at our brand-new Sydney store. As a Storeperson, you will be responsible for ensuring customers receive their orders on time and in the correct quantities. You will also be involved in stock management, including handling incoming and outgoing stock, maintaining inventory levels, and keeping shelves well-organized.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely dispatch of customer orders by picking and packing accurately and efficiently.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing stock, maintain inventory levels, and keep shelves well-organized.
  • Liaise with suppliers to manage stock deliveries and resolve any issues.
  • Be adaptable and assist with customer service when needed, including answering phone calls and attending to the front counter.

About You:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or storeperson role is preferred, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are what truly matter.
  • You must be self-motivated and able to manage your own time and tasks without needing constant direction.
  • You should be detail-oriented and ensure accuracy in stock control and order fulfillment, maintaining high standards.
  • You should be comfortable with the physical demands of a storeperson role, including lifting and moving stock in a fast-paced environment.
  • You must have a drivers license and a forklift license.
