We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Certificate III/Diploma Educator OR ECT for any room 0 – 5 years old at Prospero Teaching.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality care and support for children aged 0 – 5 years old, meeting their physical, emotional, and cognitive needs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver engaging educational programs that cater to diverse learning styles.
  • Foster positive relationships with children, families, and the wider community, promoting a sense of belonging and connection.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment that complies with health and safety regulations, adhering to our centre's high standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A Certificate III/Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent, with a Bachelor Degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
  • A minimum of 1-3 years' experience working in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality education and care.
  • A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development, demonstrating a commitment to lifelong learning.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Full working rights for Australia.
Benefits:
  • A competitive salary range: AU$55,000 - AU$65,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
  • Full-time permanent position: 5 days a week.
  • Part-time permanent position: 4 days a week minimum.
