About the Role

Bendigo Health is seeking a skilled and compassionate Comprehensive Assessor to join our Aged Care Assessment Service team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive assessments to clients in the Loddon Mallee Region, excluding the Local Government Area of Mildura.
  • Work collaboratively with clinicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care and services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and carers to ensure person-centered care.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to improve the health outcomes of the community.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the continuous improvement of services.
